I would like to access info from the RS232/RJ45 port to my laptop. Do I use Procomm or Merlin Legend Mail Admin software,or?

You can use Procom. You can also use Procom to dial into the card using the internal modem.
This access only shows you information about the setup. The programming is still done through the phone.
