We are having an intermitten problem with the Merlin Mail server. Sporadiacallly it sends to extensions a message stating that a message was lost. The time stamp on the "lost message" is incorrect, most likely from last month. Since this just developed, is it a problem with the actual equipment or a programming error?
In addition to this, some extensions are recieving messages intended for other extensions. Any clues as to what may cause this error?

Thanks for the help!
Please pardon my inexperience (and ignorance), but is that done by just shutting off the box and then letting it reboot? Is there another way of resetting the mail server?

Do your self a favor and dump the Merlin Mail and get yourself an Intuity Audix. Easy to work with and low cost to maintain. Call 303-05-6781 if I can help Chris
