Recently installed PMVS 5.0, system up and runing fine with one exception. When a new message is left in a mailbox after the outcalling schedule time for that mailbox VM does not attempt to call when the outcalling start time for that mailbox is reached. If a new message is placed in the mailbox during the mailboxes outcalling schedule the outcalling works fine.
any advice? thank you

How is the schedule set up?

That's actually normal operation. Messages left during the outcalling schedule's "off" period do not trigger outcalling when the schedule turns back "on".

If another message is left after the schedule turns back on, the mailbox owner will receive notification for the latest message, but of course will find the other message as well.

If you are going to use a schedule, you're also going to have to check for "stray" messages when the schedule turns on.

Thank you! After closer look at the manual it clearly states "the message is not initated at the next outcalling time interval".(if all else fails read the manual)
