Ext 11 can't call out on line's 1-3. Looked at Loc.#302 and all lines were set to 1(No Rest.)
Can this be controled by another location?

which partner cu are you using and is there only 3 lines on the system
if you have #401 avialable sta may be set for icm only and make that 1 no restriction
