The trunk group COR is restricted from a trunk to trunk call. Check the FRL and the Calling Party restriction. The Conference is using two different trunk groups.

Conference is using two different trunk groups? Is disconnect supervision on IN and OUT? What is the COR's calling party restriction?

Disconnect supervision is yes for in and no for out in trunk group configuration also calling party restriction is none for inward and outward
