Gear: avaya ip office 406 with control unit analog pots2 installed.

There’s three analog trunks plugged to the pbx, which are authorized for national long distance calls.

This trunks are identified with number 3 (for outgoing group id and incoming group id)

The system short codes are assigned via user rights so that when (authorized) user dials 9 (outgoing digit) and later 0X 123-4567, the call is routed via operator 07, i.e. 07 123-4567 for any of the three lines.

However when a call is generated the call status shows me that the outgoing call line is line 5, and if any other user tries to dial another LD call, that call just doesn’t go out, line 6 and line 7 never activate.

Note: (telephones in my country are conformed just for eight digits)

thanks
