No brainer... The Vodavi proposal is much closer to what you will need now and for future growth.

1- The Vodavi quote is for 24 button phones as opposed to 18 for the Avaya . ( You will be surprised at how fast the buttons will disappear after features, stations , and lines are programmed.

2- The Vodavi proposal is for an 8 port 64 mailbox voice mail / auto attendant as opposed to a 2 port( ? ) 4 mailbox ( ? ). Wow.

3- The Vodavi proposal is also for the "Gold Software ". This will allow you to use either 8, 24, or 30 button telephones. I don't know whether the Avaya gives you that option.

These are the main reasons at a glance that I would choose Vodavi. However, you definitely need to check their references and go with the company that will provide you with the best service. I am a Vodavi dealer so yes, I am biased. Biased or not, this appears to be a no brainer to me.
