We have IPO 406 on version 4.2. We have configured a new outbound call route. Typically when we dial 8 for an outside line it will display our local number and a name for the customer to see as a caller ID. We now have a new route such that when we now dial 5 for an outside line, it will give a different caller number. We have created the Short code and dialing 5 gives us an outside line. However, the CID still shows our local number not the new CID 800 number we desire to display. The ARS is configured as NSxxxxxxxxx where xxx=our 800 number we wish the customer to see. I have checked with our provider and they are saying we control what number gets displayed, not them. Any insight?
Thanks A

I usually use NsiXXXXXXXXXX (lower case si) Make a test call and watch monitor to see what you're sending. Put in some other non-800 number and see if it passes successfully. My bet is that the carrier is blocking Mike

Sets it to National (if remembering correctly - you could consider looking at documentation to be sure). In my world, it makes it work more reliably for many cell phone carriers. That's all I use and it works fine at every location. Mike
