I have a customer who has a ACS r3.0 system. They have a Voice Messaging PC Card installed. They had 4 active CO lines, I added a 5th line to the system today. Currently AA picks up on the 3rd or 4th ring and callers can leave a message, there are no menu options. However, with this 5th line they would like the AA to pick this line up all of the time as it is just going to me a message number. They would like it to have a different greeting than the other lines. Is this possible? It has been so long since I did anything with Avaya systems.

The PC card mail is a (1) AA VM only, but you can have line ownership and calls go to a persons VM box.

What process do I follow for that? Currently when AA picks up the callers have no option but to leave a message, like it is in Answering machine mode. The greeting is there and a tone to leave a message.
