Im working on an Ip400, all they use is 4424d sets.
There is one extension that need to press the appereance buttons to answer incoming calls. how can i make that extension to answer by just picking up the handset?

Generally, you simply program it to ring. Out of the box these phones have ringing line preference enabled.
