Partner ACS 7.0 AA answers with greeting. When caller inters the ext # they get a message,, ext not available. No trouble from land line calls. Anyone had this problem What might be the fix.

what kind of cell phone

If the audio is poor the system may not reconise the DTMF tones.... not much that can be done

I have often had to change the TOUCH TONE TIMING of the Cell Phone to make it work.

Usually there's a choice of long or short.

LONG has always fixed it for me.
