I have a loose knit IP 500 client who calls periodically. The system was originally installed by a contractor who has folded their tent. I do mostly wiring jobs and in the past I've also some programming changes. They recently asked me to reset a Voicemail password. Well my passwords don't get my in so someone must have changed the password for the system. I turned them back to AVAYA to get it reset. They told me AT&T wouldn't do it without a long term contract. I find it hard to believe, so could I get a PM from someone who really DOES know?
Thank you.
