we have 5 IPO 500v2 all with scn configured via h323 lines. Most of the incoming calls go through a central receptionist. I would like to be able to have her park calls for remote sites, then page that site and tell the user to pickup the parked call. This is what I have done so far

site 1
On receptionist phone I have configured a button to park.
Label=site1 park
action=call park
action data=109
I have a short code configured as follows for site 1
code=*109
feature=Park call
Tel#=109
LGid=99(h323 to site 2)

On site 2
short code
code=109
feature=UnPark Call
Tel#=109
LGid=0

I can call into receptionist...she parks me on 109, pages the remote site to pick up on 109 but when they punch in 109 the display says call rejected

Any help would be greatly apprectiated
TIA

Parking across SCN is not supported. That said, you may get it to work. When she parks a call to site 2, have you looked at SSA to see what it shows as the call status? You could also sent it to a hunt group or some other "holding" function that may yield the same net result.

You can also handle this by making Huntgroups called park "109,108,107" etc and transfer the caller into the queue of that group. That can be done across a scn. Then make the page to pick up the call.

Your call is being parked on the button, its not using the short code.
