Customer recently installed an ACS R6 that did not have a Backup/restore card. The system was inadvertently programmed to allow auto backup, which was attempted, and of course failed because there was no card in the card slot. I instructed the customer on how to clear the alarm (program #123), however the system would not allow this program to run. Since there is no Backup/restore card to perform a backup, is there any other way to clear the alarm?

#123 does not clear the alarm. Keep looking.
