Can someone provide a step by step guide to remove a digit that is being inserted in ARS table before call is going out? I am removing Centrex lines with Pots. Don't know why I have Centrex when pots are less expensive.

Use WinSPM to print the ARS tables, then go to Tables/ARS to delete the 9 from the Table/Route.
