I have a customer that lost all there programing on there partner. I reprogramned the sytem but the customer is telling me that when a call comes in and there answering machine pick's up, the are able to grab the line back from the machine. It is just a regular home answering machine. Any ideas?

I suspect that you missed something in reprogramming. Configure delay ring on answering machine extension.
