I have two systems with the exact same trouble: Basic setup is lines ring operator extension (100), AA answers after 4-5 rings if not picked up by operator. The AA answers and plays greeting as expected. The CAS is set to extension 100.
If a caller dials 0 or times-out, 100 rings as expected but does not cover to vm if not answered.
If a caller dials extension 100, 100 rings as expected and does go to vm if not answered.
What do I change to make 0 / time-out calls ring the OP again then cover to vm?

Change it from "Transfer to Call Answer Service Operator" to "Transfer to an Extension", and then set it as Ext. 100.

As the saying goes, been there - done that. I should have stated that in the AA, 0 / time-out IS transfer to ext 100, not transfer to CASO. The CASO is 100 in system parameters for 0 out from vm.
