I have a avaya c-1000 259456A controler door phone I cant find the install manuls for this I cant get the door phone to talk back and forth I have a merlin magix t/r ext 22 as a hotline t/r ext 23 going to a co line I press the door phone button and it rings the co line but I cant talk when someone picks up the line and it worked with the old system I dont have the c-1000 wired correct any help

Oh ya the other thing is how do I get the co line to disconect when I use the door striker I have to push the co line that I have the door striker on it will buzz the door but will not disconnect the line it will keep buzzing until I hang up the line I need It to hang up after 7sec any help
