Changed service providers and line reduction. had 12 lines now 5, I switched lines 1-4 over to ports 1-4, but the 5th line is used for RCF and was not labeled. Is there a way to find the port it was programmed to? This line is used for CF when in night mode to answering service. Do i have to put in night mode and try all 7 remaining ports?

If it was using the Partner's RCF capability, the line was covered by a specific extension, which was RCF'ed to one of its personal speed dial numbers.
Look at #208 to find the line and extension, then look at the extension's speed dials.

I suppose that would be one way to do it, but I'd rather figure out what they were doing before, and replicate that programming with the current 4 lines.

Ditto TTT. If I where the tech on site with this kind of change I would get a good system planner together from the customer,...... then default the system and start from scratch with new labels on the phones.
