Has anyone used Phone Manager with an IP500 with TCM cards running Nortel M or T series phones that know if the Phone Manager Lite will control them?
My supplier does not know and has not found anyone that has done the TCM to see. They don't have a TCM system to test either. It would be using the MU LAW software.
I am trying to use the phone manager as selling point and want to know for sure it will work.
Thanks if anyone has done this.

Well thats lame. Thanks for the help Mongo.
So it wouldn't even let you log in and see missed calls or vm mails?

This customer has all 7208 phones so no soft keys.
That was my hope for phone manager to have easy access to incoming CID and missed calls and Vmail.

I just installed an ip500 with a ds30 nortel card, and the operator wanted to see everyone, so I installed phone manager lite and it worked perfectly.

Thanks jcts, well that the answer I was looking for. I don't have a user appearances on my phone manager? How can you view all the users with phone manager?
As long as the phone manager lite works with the nortel phones.

I just have the combo card in the office here so could only get 8 users on. But this is another helpful feature as the office I am working this for has 7208 phones so no room for DSS buttons.

I always go to add speed dial member or something like that and put them in. You should get appearances on the lite. It shows if they are onhook/offhook, if they have vm's.

You need licenses for 1x portal to work. Plus the user has to be setup to use 1x portal in their user setttings

"Phone Manager Lite" is only 15.
If you need more than 15, you will need to purchase "Phone Manager Pro".
