I just installed a Partner Voice Messaging (Small) Voicemail.
I have 2 problems. When I dial in, I cannot override the prompts by dialing immediately. I have to wait for prompts to finish, then dial.
The second issue is, if I do a Feature 14 transfer, I get the main greeting instead of the individual's mailbox.
Please advise.

I would go thru the process to default the PC card and start from scratch. Oddball things like this are often fixed by a good healthy default.
