It doesn't seem to work on revisions below 5.0. I fixed a 4.1 site with the same problem by upgrading to 5.0.

The problem that I'm having is i don't have a strong back ground in IT stuff, im mainly a phone tech, but tring to learn.
So what I is an IP Office v2 in Partner mode embedded voicemail, R7.0.12. The email exchange server is onsite. I'm not really sure of what question i need to be asking the IT guy and not really sure of what I'm really looking for. I think I have it configured right, I see thing in sys mon but they are not recieving email alerts. Not really sure of where to go from here.

You should just have to put in the IP address of the onsite exchange server, port 25, and the email address that has been set up by the IT guy for sending the emails ([email protected]).
