IPO 7.023. We are reusing 1140e ip phones. We followed the install docs, and the phones come up, but we can not program them. They make and receive calls can access voicemail, but the 5 buttons at the top can not be accessed for features. I have tried with both manager and from the phone. Feature *3 and a button tells us invalid entry. Anybody seen this before and have an idea how to fix?

Hello Mongo,
I just had the 1140e phones drop button programming. I checked and they have the *DCP short code. Has this ever happened to you?
They did try to fire up a 13th set and only have 12 licenses, don't know if this is related or not.
