I know you can activate this feature thru SPM....
how do you deactivate this same feature...I tried
with no success.

You give the extension permission to use RCF through WinSPM. To remove that permission, go to the same screen, dial the extension number, and press Delete instead of Enter.
But if you want to cancel the extension from forwarding to an outside number, it's just #33 and that phone's own extension number (forward to itself to cancel any forward)

Thanks for the input...That part I knew...What I
meant to say was...dialing into the system's RA and to activate RCF...*33, ext#, 9,XXXXXXX. What
codes will deactivate this feature thru RA only,
not SPM...sorry for the mix up.
