Hopefully someone here has seen this before. We have a Partner 18 system with 3 hunt groups setup. We noticed today that if someone is on the phone at the switchboard (Extension 10) and a new call comes in and they press a key that will take them to the one of the hunt groups, the extensions in the hunt group will not ring. Eventually the caller will make it to the voicemail system. If Extension isn't engaged and someone calls in it will ring to the hunt group.
I would appreciate any ideas that might help. Thanks in advance.

Tim, what are the hunt group #'s that you are using and which selector codes are set to which group?

Which selector code goes where? Ie 1- direct extension transfer 2-72 3..... How many extensions are in the hunt groups? Does this happen on all lines or a certain one? Which partner version is it? 18 is not the system it is the phone type. Feature 59 will tell you. What type of partner voicemail is it? Pvm or partner mail and if so which version? Is it a hunt group or a calling group?
