Customer has Magix with PRI and Intuity VM. Calls coming in on line with DNIS digits 5080 was always answered by AA, now those calls are going to console, This happened after a power failure and the UPS died. checked with carrier and they are still sending 5080. How do I determine the routing in the Magix for those calls? How do I determine if those calls are still routed to AA?

You use WinSPM and print the PRI into, which will show you any digit translation inat has been cuilt into the system.

Other than that, if there is nothing in the routing tables, the Magix just matches the incoming digits with the destination (extension or calling group).
