have a customer who just brought two new consoles 301C2. they always had two but one was dead for years. the first one came up right away the second one only has the warning lights on nothing else works I switch both consoles and its not the consoles or power supplies. I also plug in a 8 button digital phone as I hit the buttons I get a tone but also no display or another function works what should I look for
help

make sure that a handset is plugged into the console. power polarity is important.
