So I decided I want to play with the IPO and learn a little bit about the system.
I downloaded and installed the ipo v10.0 and I find the software crazily un-intuitive.
I was wondering if someone could recommend a user tool/doc on how to do basic programming. Yes I'm totally green and I am just trying to learn the basics
for example
assign incoming lines to ring to aa then set up dialing plan from aa something like dial 1 for Tom 2 for Dick 3 for Harry
or ring operator ext 10 2 times and if not answered go to AA then list ext dial 0 to get back to operator.
just basic Avaya language dictionary for features.

IP Office has a longer learning curve then you might expect. I would recommend getting trained before getting to involved in it. Its a great system when you understand it.
