Has anyone ran into where the Auto Dial buttons on the receptionist console blink when users have a voicemail message? If so, how can I get this to stop?

It's called Message Alert Notification. There should be a Message Alert Notify button programmed on the phone which enables that function. Find it and press it to turn it on/off.
