The multiple logins can be cured by a reboot.
Users should dial **9 to exit their mailbox, That will initiate the system to hang up if disconnect supervision is iffy

A reboot should cure them both. If not, are you sure no restrictions have been set for the extension?
Never heard the **9 thing.

**9 is disconnect. I have installed and programmed the Partner systems since the first Partner Mail R1 and have never used nor needed that command. Matter of fact the documentation says "hang up to exit programming". I could see where **9 would be advisable when calling in to the system from outside for the reason you state but otherwise hanging up a system phone is just fine.

OK ... update after a site visit
Reset cleared the voice mail issue.
I could not find anything in programming that would restrict outgoing calls for extension 10 but it can't make any outgoing calls without over riding restrictions with the system password. The extension is not restricted and is not in the night service group.
It was working fine Friday night and then she could not make outgoing calls Saturday morning. No one was in programming to the best of our knowledge.
Any ideas??

The **9 is just a sure fire way of hanging up the connection between the voice mail and the telephone system.
