On Rls 8 is it still just 1 external number for outcalling? I searched the KB and just need verification. Thanks

Essential Edition can not do out calling. You need Preferred Edition for that. If using Preferred, you can have multiple numbers, 5 i think.

Your best bet may be to use VM to E-mail?

Hey Matt, Essential can do outcalling, but I agree with Mike that VM to Email is better.

It looks like it was added in R7. "Outcalling Mailbox users can now switch the use of outcalling on or off as well as configuring the target number for outcalling notification. When enabled, outcalling is used to alert the use when they have a new message waiting in their mailbox."

I would sure like to see them give a boost to the essential edition..its not much better the PC Card mail, but for some of our smaller customers, VMPro is a VERY hard sell.
