working on an Audix that for some reason possible changed a setting from 4 digit dialing to 3 now the voicemail is saying to many digits and all of our auto attendants are not working

The obvious solution is to change back to four digits... Any reason why this won't work for you?

The Intuity Audix will work on three or four dig dial plain, However you need to make the changes on the mail boxes. my question is why would you want to go from 4 to three digs. As for the auto attendants you need to change the translations.

I found the area where a fat fingered 3 instead of F3 happened. Made for a busy morning
