IPO 5.0 (18) embedded vm >> I am assisting a customer with trimming the three on their Day AA. Option 3 transfers to a HGP with 2 extensions that are sequential, times out and covers to the (a group that answers any calls). The customer wants the call to go into the voice mail of the first person in the first group after the timeout of the first group - play the greeting and take a message. Is there any known sorcery of short codes, source codes, groups and trickery that can accomplish this. The HELP is just vague enough to keep me there for days trying to accomplish this.

A Shortcode that transfers to the mailbox of the target extension.
A Phantom user forwarded (including hunt group calls) to that short code
A sequential hunt group with that forwarded phantom user as the only member
That hunt group in the overflow list of the original hunt group.

Everything works great except the overflow. The original HG is collective call waiting and it never seems to go to the HG with the phantom. Do I need to make the original HG 'sequential'?
