Customer has g3siv6.just installed isdn-pri for long distance .He would like to dial access code (80) then 10 digits.I'm trying to find where I can program switch to insert a 1 for the long distance.I've changed prefix in the route pattern from 1 to 2 didn't work any suggestion would be appreciated

When you say cust wants to dial (80) to make this call is that the truck access code or is that what your using for ARS instead of 9 ? If it's the TAC then he's accessing the trunk directly and you have no way of inserting a 1 in the dial string...If he uses ARS then it's a peace of cake..... In your route pattern under the column "insert digits" put a 1..that would be in the same row as the trunk group you are using for the calls...i.e: trunk group 5 Should do the trick

Thanks Bob they're using 80 dialing out on long distance 9 on local calls both going out on ars I'll try 1 in the column "insert digits" to see if this works Thanks
