Generally, yes. Assuming you mean "Manager". Rule is that new Manager can be used on older IPO (back to R3 or so) but old Manager can't be used on new IPO.

What Mike says is correct, however you may want to download the larest verison of Manager.

The default IP address of the IPO office is 192.168.42.1. Is that correct?

If it was changed. How will I find out the new IP Address. The system is not on the network.

Manager should scan for the IP address. If nobody has messed with the WAN port you should be able to plug directly into that one and use DHCP. The default WAN IP is 192.168.43.1

Also if you connect directly to the comm port on the rear of the unit and watch with Hyperterminal and reboot,the system prints out the ip address.
