Has anyone been using the C110 module yet?
How has it been working and would you recommend it yet.

It IS VMPro - so you couldn't use it in place of... It generally costs a bit more than PC + Preferred license and burns a slot in control - but makes for a nice little package that is easy to maintain. But then you can't load LogMeIn for remote access (our normal MO)

Does the Manager program run on the C110 or do you still need a PC to manage the whole system?

Manager runs on a PC, so you need that.
Since OneX Portal is web based, you need a PC to browse to that, then.
Voicemail pro uses a client to configure, so you need that.

Yes, this can all run on 1 computer. XP Pro, WIn 7, doesnt matter.

Hi Mongo5150,

Just wonder if we can import the whole call flow in mdb format from PC based VM Pro into the C110 without any issue ?

Thanks,

Madwok

Yes, But you will not have all the recordings. You will need to use an SSH client (filezilla) to transfer the recordings to the App Server.

see hte link, it is to the knowledgebase that spells out the process...

Mongo.... You are my hero, I have been pondering how to do that, and have not taken the time to look it up yet. You just saved me the trouble! Thanks again!
