I have a client with a partner ACS cpu rel 3 and the receptionist handles all the calls. I have call coverage setup on another ext to help catch calls if she doesnt answer with in 3 rings. The operator wants to be able to turn off ringing completely if she is busy on the phone. Ive got it set now to where it only rings once then lamps twice more then it starts to rings the call covered ext. Is there a way to totally disable the ring once deal. I think it was abbrieviated ring is how I got it down to one ring. They claim it used to work in the manner I mentioned. I was under the impression that this was the only thing you could do by design. Am I missing something in programming? Thanks for any help!

DND will cancel the Coverage
Are you answering calls that are transferred from an Auto Attendant, or just calls ringing in on the lines? If the latter, how about putting the covering phone on Delayed Ring, and in the Night Service group, putting a NS button on Ext. 10.
