I set up 2 Auto Attendants. I can test them out all works great. After a few hours 1 of them stops answering calls and routes the caller to the dial 0 option. any clues?
Thanks

Off the top of my head, I think you should be looking at the incoming call routing and the time profile settings to make sure it all matches properly.

The time profiles and call routing are all good. I also discovered that calls to the individual mailboxes will not answer with the recorded personal greeting, the standard IP Office greeting answers. You can listen to the recorded greeting in the individual mailboxes, however it never plays.

I's start by going to 8.0(44), the latest release. 8.0(18) has a bug with greetings on Embedded mailboxes playing the system greeting after playing the personal greeting, so it may be related.
