PACS R6.0.B I have a system that doesn't want to log calls. I'm talking to the user over the phone. They have a Call Logs button programmed on ext 10. (F23) #317 ext 10 1 Active #318 ext 10 line 01 1 assigned #319 Data 10
When I call, my number shows up on the display. But when the Call logs button is hit. The button does not light and no log info is displayed.
I've verifed that the user is on ext 10. and using a button with lights for the call logs button, they only have 1 line. (Line 01) any ideas?

But when the Call logs button is hit. The button does not light and no log info is displayed. Sounds like either the button is not programed for F23 or you are trying to use a MLS set which will not work with the "call log" feature.

yes it was an MLS set. I guess I never tried to put a call logs button on an MLS set before. It makes sense of course, no "soft buttons"
Thanx Mike
