There are several things that we need to know about your SX 200 D. 1. What software level is the system. 1003,1004,1005, ect.... 2. Do you have the T-1 addaptor that comes with the card. If not you will need to know that the tip ring in on the 6th pair of the card slot, tip/ring out on the 12th pair of the card slot.
Good luck.

Are you trying to set up true VOIP or just a fractional T-1 with data channels? Cti is correct, what type of system you are using EL, ML, Lightware etc. If it's tru VOIP check out the Mitel Networks 3800 IP Trunking Gateway. It is available as a standalone PC server gateway that connects to the Mitel SX-2000 LIGHT via fiber optic cable to convert TDM voice packets to IP for transmission over the LAN/WAN

With 1003 software your T-1 will have to D4 AMI, not the usual ESF B8ZS.

Thanks for your respons, but I still have any questions, sorry, I'm really newbe in Mitels world. 1. When I check in CDEs (Customer Data Entry)Program and goto form 42-44, I'm not found any descriptions to show D4 AMI, I just found B8ZS, so how can I configure that ? 2. Any other that need to config ? 3. How about cable that connect to Routers Cisco, db 15 (of PABX) with RJ45 (of Router) ? Thanks Originally posted by DrPbx: With 1003 software your T-1 will have to D4 AMI, not the usual ESF B8ZS.
