Need help with a SX50 night service. Current setup is incoming calls answered by AA then routed. Day service routes calls to front desk. The night service should transfer calls from the front desk console to the manager's phone.
The problem is the night transfer is not working. Call are routed to the front desk console in day or night service. The AA is an EZ-Hold system. I need to know how to setup the night service to routed to the manager's phone.

If I understand you correctly, you want calls in Night to go to the mgr. ext. In command 501 - 580 (Trunks) register 5 field c,d,e place the equip. number of the mgr. ext.

Thanks. I failed to mention that I don't have the manuals for this system. Is this a simple procedure that you could provide the steps.

E-mail me with the particulars like how many trunks, what slot they are in and equip number that the Mgrs. phone is on.
