Dear All,

We have a Mitel SX-200 Digital.
Usually the Mitel can print each call to outside but now it can not print.
The Error message on the console screen is "21".
I am already test capture by console port (on front side of Mitel) but it's fail too.

Please help me..

Many years ago I seem to be changing out some chips on the 50 and 100 with some regularity. Got them at radio shack. These chips were for SMDR. Maybe a Mitel guru can shed some light on this!

What is the software revision? Lightware 16, 17 etc. Is it an ML, EL and are you sending the smdr to a call accounting system from the printer port?

I'm end user and I don't much understand about Mitels hardware.

My Printer dan PC (Personal Computer with Telephone Management System) direct connected to the printer port of Mitel and it's used to work properly but now it's really not respon.

Mitel -------PC
-------Printer

Can you help me how to know where the SMDR direct to ?

First thing is reset your computer so the call account software reloads. Many times the call accounting software stops recieving the smdr. What type of call accounting is it?
