Hello -
Is there a way to save and copy the configuration from an SX-200 Digital to an SX-200ML when I upgrade?

Thanks for any advice -

Rich

I don't know for sure----but I know that the ML/EL's programming Forms are a little different than the Digital and it also has more features--my guess is that you can't copy one to the other. However, let's see what the other guys think. I don't see how one set of software could be compatable to the other.

There was a time Mitel would do it for you if you purchased it all from them. Other than that, I'm not sure.

DSU,
No you can't save from the older digitals to the ML or EL. Best way, do a print out and just re-enter your data, the forms are almost identical, some new cos stuff.

Thanks for the replies!!

One more question -

How would I get a printout of the SX-200D config? Is there a menu option or will I just have to go through each of the forms and save/print?

Thanks again!

You did not mention what version of software you are working with. You can print from form 35 I believe. It will print reams of paper if you are not careful. Only print out the COS's that are in use. otherwise you will be waiting around a long time.

You can pick and choose which blocks to print out, but if your upgrading to ML or EL do a complete print. Do your stations and Trunks first to see which COS numbers you have to print.
