I am currently researching call monitoring software and we have Mitel phones with about 65 phone lines. We were interested in audio or audio/video capabiity. I wanted to know what software packages out there best interface with mitel telephone system that are resonably priced. Looking for 20 representative recordable capability. We have an ACD system. We are using Supersets 4150 with Serial#9132-150-102NA. Mitel P/N 700063026. We are using a software package called TASKE for the ACD system which is very old and outdated. Any technical help would be greatly appreciated.

I've just used Taske in the couple I have out there, not sure of any others. Taske now doesn't support 200D

Not sure what you consider "reasonably priced", but Voiceprint (/www.voiceprintonline.com) makes a voice storage server with DVD storage of voice files, and can be accessed from a client PC. Dictaphone also makes a centralized voice server that records to DAT or DVD. If you are looking to ditch your TASKE, Mitel sells a slick ACD monitor/report package called prairieFyre. I have replaced over a dozen TASKE systems in the past three years with it, and my customers love it.

When you say call monitoring system, are you talking about a replacement for Taske or voice recording? If it is a replacement for taske check out Prairiefyre.com. They manufacture specifically for Mitel. Quite a good product too.
