Customer installing new VM hard drive in Innovations VM on a Digital SX200. The set-up is asking for the PBX MWI strings. Is this the code in Form 2--Feature 41?? I can't recall any "strings" like in other systems. Thanks for any help.

Yes, the string would look like.
xx,xxx,1
Send message access code,station number,1
To turn on a MWI.
A 2 at the end would cancel the MWI
xx,xxx,2

In form 2 assign mw code
ex: 72
vm would dial 721 to turn on
wm would dial 722 to turn off
