I'm relatively no to Mitel products (1 yr). I've worked a little on sx-50 and I'm certified on the sx-200icp and sx-2000. I've been asked to install voicemail on an sx-100 but have never been in one. How does it compare to the systems above? I'm sure I will need to obtain a manual, but will it be like learning a totally new system or is there some carry over from the others?
Thanks in advance...

in my opinion, there is little carryover from the sx-50 but you'll have to program the sx100 using a console.
