I would love to understand where or how to get hold of the Manuals for the Generic 217 system, Mark. I am a novice/end-user of the SX-200 and I need to get up to support tech level ASAP! I have searched the I'net for programming flow diagrams, definitions of COS abbreviations, howto's and all to no avail. I am hoping I am getting to the right place now  sincerely appreciate any help I can get!!
