We've had the 3300ICP in production for nearly 2 years now. (I know, we're crazy... we got it brand spanking new) We've have nearly no problems at all, and it's done everything we've wanted it to. With the newest software, it is a very versitle solution.

not sure about the NEC but i have installed both the mitel and telrad. I couldn't really tell you that one is better than the other. They offer slightly different features and depending on your customers needs might point you to one of them.
