first off-- great forum, I find it very helpful.
Does anyone know how to remove call forwarding from a room? We have a Mitel SX50 system and when you transfer a call from the console to room 118, after 2 rings it forwards to room 213.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Go to the room pickup phone dial444 ,should reset unless default has been changed
