I am interconnecting SX200 T1/DTMF to a Encore Networks SP201-SA which connects to a E1/R2 span. Seems that I am having a prob which appears to be related to the PBX which I has me stumped.

When a user at the PBX dials a sub which is routed via the T1/E1 converter the path is set up, the phone rings but when the sub answers, it seems that the E1/R2 line signal for answer is sent, converted to T1, and sent to the PBX and the PBX clears the call.

Any ideas how I can configure the PBX to ignore the answer or handle it correctly?

Note the Encore Networks SP201 is a E1/R2 to T1/DTMF signalling converter
